These Terms govern your use of Arcturus (the “Service”), operated by Arcturus Consulting (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you may bind it to these Terms.
Arcturus lets you create AI agents trained on content you provide and embed them on your own websites and applications. The Service is currently offered as a free beta and may change, add paid plans, or introduce usage limits over time. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to use the Service to: violate any law or third-party right; upload content you lack the rights to use; build agents that deceive, harass, or harm; attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service; or exceed rate limits or resell access without permission.
You retain ownership of the content, documents, and website data you add (“Your Content”), and of the conversations your agents handle. You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate the Service — for example, to chunk, embed, index, and retrieve it, and to generate responses. We do not sell Your Content. See our Privacy Policy for details, including the third-party AI providers that process content to generate responses.
Responses are generated by third-party AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a given purpose. They are not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on or publishing them.
The beta is free. If we introduce paid plans, we will describe pricing before you are charged, and paid features will be governed by the plan terms in effect at purchase.
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and trademarks. These Terms grant you no rights to our marks or software except the right to use the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the prior three months or US $100.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. On termination, we may delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
